I’m truly sorry to hear about the distressing experience you had with this company while organizing a birthday party for your girlfriend. It’s disheartening when promises made by a service provider are not fulfilled, especially for such a significant and personal event.
Complete deceit and fraud! I ordered a birthday party for my girlfriend from them. They promised to make everything top-notch: beautiful decorations, delicious food, live music, fireworks, etc. In the end, none of it was delivered. The decoration was terrible, the food was cold and stale, the music was recorded on a cheap CD, and the fireworks didn’t happen at all. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, he said it wasn’t his problem and that I had to pay the full cost of the service. I demanded a refund, but he refused and threatened me with legal action. It was the worst birthday experience of my life. Never deal with this company!
